安世半导体(中国)有限公司是安世半导体最大的装配与测试工厂，位于广东省东莞市黄江镇。占地面积约为100,000平米，现有雇员4000人。前身为恩智浦半导体广东有限公司和飞利浦半导体(广东)有限公司，于2000年9月1日正式投产，主要生产高产量、少品种的小信号半导体分立器件 SOT23, SOD323 & 523, MCD二极管、三极管。2010年起，日均产量逾1亿粒，年产量由2000年的约2.5亿片增长到2016年的约570亿片，成为全球最大的半导体生产中心之一。

Job Duties:

1. BOM (Raw Material) Supplier-complaint handling
2. 8D, Monthly quality improvement
3. Visit / audit findings improvement
4. Drive zero defect project and other Improvement programs from suppliers

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above.
2. Minimum 8 years’ experience in Semiconductor Industry
3. VDA6.3 Lead Auditor Certification
4. Familiar with ISO / TS16949 standards, quality documentation/policies/specifications;
5. Fluent both in English “and“ in Mandarin
6. Experience / Basic understanding in Assembly Process
7. Familiar with 7QC Tools, 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC
8. Willing and able to travel (Supplier Audits) if deemed needed.
9. Basic Understanding of the Leadframe (raw material process) and other BOM is an advantage.
