【FMEA快讯】新版FMEA已于2019年5月8日正式发布, 将于6月1日开始发行。这将是第一次德文、英文以及中文标准同时发布！FMEA 2.0时代到来，你准备好了吗？
自2017年11月草稿版发布以来，历经数次推迟，委员会收到三千七百多条的评论，经多轮反复讨论和确认后，终于在2019年5月8号发布！
如果说Excel的FMEA是FMEA 1.0时代，那么我们即将正式进入FMEA 2.0时代！
FMEA 1.0时代，该方法核心使用“头脑风暴法“激发小组讨论，以研究对象的功能为分析对象展开进行失效模式和后果分析，在FMEA 1.0时代，我们按照分析问题的常规步骤来分析：
- 从研究对象的功能出发
- 列出研究对象的失效
- 向上分析后果
- 向下分析原因，
- 定义现行预防和探测措施
- 评估S，O和D，计算RPN，
- 根据RPN确定实施进一步措施的优先顺序
该方法适用于简单的机械产品或者单一的接口，适用于三级失效链在FMEA 1.0 时代勉强可以胜任。
然而FMEA 1.0面对如涉及系统、子系统、组件和部件的复杂结构时，excel FMEA 的管理将面临严峻考验
FMEA 2.0突破传统观念引入结构树的概念将失效链条展开，从而使得失效链的多层级成为可能！

【Annoucement】the new AIAG-VDA FMEA Standard was released![url=]德国VDA质量管理中心[/url] 昨天
Finally the new AIAG-VDA FMEA Standard was released by VDA QMA board Meeting in Berlin this week! Prof. Tillmann as representative for VDA QMC China was attending this important meeting! It is a historical moment, because the first AIAG-VDA Standard is released now, after long and very constructive discussions of the automotive experts. We have know the blue/red standards. Blue represents AIAG and red for VDA.
In time of transformation of the automotive industry towards electrification and digitalization, FMEA is a very important tool to reduce the risk for new technologies. Because the new FMEA standard is so important, it took time to get aligned, longer then expected. But now it is released by VDA and AIAG!
Currently VDA QMC China is translating the standard into Chinese. The sales of the standard is planned for the 1st June! It is the first time that the EN/CN, EN/GE standard will be released at the same time!
Next week we are planing to publish a VDA white paper to give more insides about new FMEA standard and the adjusted content. So far we can share, that we will have 7 steps and no RPN anymore, we have only AP based on traffic light system!
