Commands Not Allowed in Macros
overview

Commands and subcommands that open different projects or restart Minitab are not allowed in macros. In addition, local macros cannot include commands that:

·    Make different worksheets active.

·    Require Minitab to pick storage locations after the last column in use.

The following table lists some specific commands and subcommands that are not allowed in macros. Where subcommands are listed, the command itself is permitted. For example, you can use the COPY command in local macros provided you do not use the NEWWS, AFTER, or STORE subcommands.
