Aggregate data

Essentially summary data, Minitab will create columns of aggregate data as a storage option for tables commands and logistic regression analyses. In logistic regression, these columns summarize the number of trials and/or occurrences of each factor/covariate pattern.

NOCC1

For example, a binary logistic regression analysis was performed on this data, and Number of occurrences of the event was chosen as a storage option. This resulted in the creation of a column of aggregate data stored in  NOCC1. From the first row, NOCC1 tells us that the combination of High Setting, Fast Speed, and Strength of 140 occurred three times in this data set.
