Attribute Gage Study
|
Repeatability is the amount of variation in the measurement system that is due to the gage. A low repeatability value indicates that the gage is measuring consistently. The context of the attribute gage study will determine what a low repeatability value is.
Minitab gives two repeatability values: pre-adjusted repeatability and repeatability. Minitab adjusts repeatability for over-estimation and uses the value in the calculation for bias.
