某知名公司招 质量体系高级经理，地点：辽宁，待遇：60-90 万/年

岗位职责：

1.Q- Targets Production

Ensure transparency and availability of Q-targets accordingto contractual obligations and corporate governance needs.

·Find agreement with company.

· Alignment of synchronized reporting.

· Develop new targets for production performance from thecustomer point of new as pilot for the entire Group network

2.Business Development, QMS, Process Management inProduction

QMS-, Process Management (based on  process model and in context of companystrategy for China ) focused on Production:

· Manage design, review and corrections

· SLA’s with counterparts in company

· ensure the QMS build up of the new plants by managing themaster check list.

· ensure the ISO certification of production including thenew plants as secound line of defense (similar to AQ-20)

3.Business Development: (temporarily for the entireorganization) Manage in Production Q-process projects together with linefunctions to:

· increase customer satisfaction

· reduce W&G costs,

· gain efficiency,

· foster incident prevention & management

· implement future proved Q-structures

4.DoC

Extend the DOC handover procedure suitable for company asacceptance of the license purchased from company, incl. audit procedure.

Document Management

Define and maintain:

· The overarching premises for Document Management, ArchiveManagement and e-discovery.

· The classification categories (KLASU) company wide.

· Enable the organization for operations.

Additional

The function holder should take over core responsibilitiesfrom other positions during the start up phase and according to furtherbusiness needs.

· Master or Bachelor of Science (e.g. Automotive, Mechanics,Electrics/ Electronics) or Economics

· Profound knowledge about the  processes, the organizational structure andsystems

· Profound knowledge of quality management processes andtools

· Assertiveness combined with good negotiation skills

· Strategic and conceptional skills

· Leadership by competence and social skills

· Knowledge of technical vehicle substance

· Proficient English

· Experience

· Automobile industry experience 4-6 Years

· Quality management experience 4-6 Years

· Quality methods 1-3 Years

· Production experience 1-3 Years

· International business environment working experience 1-3Years

·降低W&G成本;

·获得效率，

·促进事件预防和管理

·实现未来验证的q结构

4.文档

延长DOC交接程序，适用于公司接受从公司购买的许可证，包括审核程序。

文档管理

定义和维护:

·文档管理、档案管理和电子发现的首要前提。

·公司范围内的分类类别(KLASU)。

·启用运营组织。

该职能负责人应在启动阶段根据进一步的业务需求从其他职位接管核心职责。
