岗位内容与要求如下：
岗 1. Drive customer complaintresolution process.
推动客诉处理流程。
2.. Collaborate with the CSR team to manage customer returns(RMA)and lead the failure analysis activities.与 CSR团队合作管理客户退货（RMA）并主导失效分析活动。
3. Track and follow up on customercomplaint closure status and the on-site implementation of corrective actionsin the factory.
跟踪并跟进客诉关闭状态及工厂现场纠正措施的实施情况。
4. Collaborate with the internalquality team to upgrade the inspection work instructions, quality controlplans, and quality inspection standards.
与内部质量团队合作升级检验作业指导书、质量控制计划和质量检验标准。
5. Prepare and update allnecessary quality reports as required by customers.
按客户要求准备并更新所有必要的质量报告。
6. Take other tasks assigned bysupervISOr/manager.
完成主管/经理分配的其他任务。
RBA Duties:
With rights and duties to understand RBA, and with the rights andduties to feedback problems and provide
suggestions.
Requirements: 岗位要求：
1. Must have a Bachelor’s degreein Electrical Engineering or the equivalent.必须具有电子工程或相关专业的学士学位或同等学历。
2. Must have at least 3 yearsworking experience in customer quality management and familiar with variousquality standards.
需至少具备 3年客户质量管理经验，并熟悉各类质量标准。
3. Must have good knowledge of thequality tools(5W analysis, 8D) and strong problem-solving skills.需熟练掌握质量工具（如 5W分析、8D报告）并具备较强的解决问题能力。
4. Be familiar with SPC/FMEA/QCtools.
熟悉 SPC/FMEA/QC工具。
5. Working experience in supplierand process quality management is preferred.有供应商和过程质量管理经验者优先。
6. Good communication skill andcoordination ability.
具备良好的沟通能力和协调能力。
