IATF 16949 System Engineer
Number of Openings: 2
As the company expands production capacity, we are now looking for qualified IATF 16949 System Engineers to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
1. Establish, maintain and continuously optimize the company’s quality management system in accordance with IATF 16949 requirements.
2. Organize internal audits, management reviews, and support customer audits, third-party certification audits.
3. Track non-conformities raised in various audits, formulate corrective & preventive actions and verify implementation effectiveness.
4. Guide each department to implement APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and other core tools of automotive quality.
5. Compile and revise quality system documents including manuals, procedures, work instructions and relevant records.
6. Conduct IATF 16949 related training for internal staff and promote system standard implementation on site.
7. Follow up quality-related abnormal issues and drive continuous improvement of manufacturing quality.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum 3 years working experience as an IATF 16949 System Engineer in automotive or auto parts industry.
2. Familiar with IATF 16949 standard clauses and five core automotive tools (APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC).
3. Experience in handling customer audit and third-party certification audit is preferred.
4. Good document compilation ability, logical thinking and communication & coordination skills.
5. Working Locations: Shangrao (Jiangxi), Maanshan (Anhui), Chuzhou (Anhui), Suzhou (Jiangsu). Final location to be confirmed.
